Where NOT to Park at Labor Temple Updated On: Jul 07, 2022 Do you know where NOT to park at the Labor Temple parking lot? See the attached diagram. Do not park in the yellow-highlighted area.  Most of the parking stalls on the Post Office side of lot are permit parking ONLY. (Watch the signage and striping.) You can get a $40 ticket from the UW Parking police. In other words:  If you enter the parking lot from the Wingra Drive entrance (at south/southeast end of Labor Temple, the entrance closest to Park  St.) look to park in the stalls to your right. *Most stalls to the left of that entrance (east of entrance) require a permit.  *There are ~10 "safe" stalls off the west/northwest corner of Labor Temple that are NOT permit parking.
